Since 1999, Nikos Manomenidis has been supporting real estate transactions and professionals with integrity and transparency, specializing in brokerage and property valuation services.
He holds certifications in Residential Real Estate Brokerage (CRS), Property Valuation (TEGOVA), Mediation (ADR ODR), SME Early Warning Mentorship (ISO17024), and Adult Education (EOPPEP).
Nikos actively contributes as a technical advisor to research programs on the real estate market in collaboration with Eurostat (Commercial Property Price Indicators) and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (birn.gr). He also serves as a scientific advisor in the development of property management curricula for vocational training institutions (IEK, KEK GSEVEE).
